Kopachuck State Park
This beautiful park has a western exposure with spectacular sunsets, sandy beaches and a panoramic view of the snow-capped Olympic Mountains. Cutts Island, a portion of the park located half a mile from the park proper, is reachable only by private boat. Call (360)378-2902 for more information.

Mintercreek Hatchery
Visitors can learn how salmon "fry" are hatched and raised until they're big/old enough to be released into the wild. The hatchery releases more than seven million Coho, Pink, Chum and Chinook salmon into area streams each year. The biggest salmon can be seen September through November climbing the fish ladder.
