Marysville is a city of 25,000 residents located in northwest Washington state. Marysville is known as "The Strawberry City" due to the large number of strawberry farms that once surrounded the city in its earlier days. Though over the past decade large residential, commercial, and industrial growth has changed the city from a lumber and agricultural town into a retail and service based city.

There is now great shopping to be found in the area, including at the Seattle Premium Outlets. Also, the annual Marysville Strawberry Festival is still held every June, to celebrate the cities agricultural roots.
